Our customer support teams help customers with perceived defects and offer advice and guidance to get the most from your Zellis software. As standard, the teams work 9 – 5:30, 5 days a week. However, we are available for customers requiring extended or even round-the-clock support.

In addition to extended hours, customers taking the enhanced support offering also benefit from customer support services reviews and an annual health check.
