Learning and development
With one of our values being ‘Always learning’, it’s no surprise that we maintain a comprehensive programme of learning and development activities – from apprenticeships through to our Future Leaders programme.
We also have a dedicated online hub, run regular masterclasses and bite sized learning, and support role-specific coaching and training on the job.

All colleagues have access to our Mental Health and Wellbeing hub, which brings together all mental health and wellbeing information, support, and resources in once place. It includes access to our accredited mental health first aiders, and our market-leading Employee Assistance Programme.

We believe two way communication is key, which is why we have a comprehensive and inclusive communications and engagement strategy.
