My Forms functionality within MyView (self-service) provides you with the ability to create your own forms and make these available through self-service to all managers and colleagues.
My Forms provides you with the freedom to be able to configure the forms required by your organisation and select who can complete the forms through self-service be this a manager/employee/new starter. You also can drive these forms through an approval process configured to your needs and save the completed forms in document storage for future reference.
Utilising RRS you can also report on the data captured through the forms.
