Lush taking HR into the Cloud with Zellis

9 March 2022, Peterborough – Zellis, the leading provider of payroll and HR solutions for the UK and Ireland, today announces it partnered with British cosmetics retailer Lush to implement its flagship Zellis HCM Cloud solution in the UK and Ireland.

The three-year agreement will introduce, for the first time, a fully integrated and consistent cloud HR solution to support up to 5,000 employees at over 100 stores. Wherever they operate, Lush’s employees will have access to the same, engaging employee portal to receive payslips, manage attendance and access other key HR information. The system will also align data from all stores, revealing business-critical reporting and analytics.

One of the most successful retail brands of the 21^st century, Lush has become a familiar presence on high streets and in shopping centres across the world. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Poole, Dorset, the global retailer’s largest retail presence is in the UK, where it operates over 100 stores.

Lush sought a solution that would unify HR processes and experience for managers and employees alike across its entire UK and Irish operations. After a competitive tender, Lush selected Zellis HCM Cloud as a solution which would meet and exceed their requirements for a payroll and integrated HR solution.
