Benefits
Design and deliver benefits that are personal, valued, and perform for your organisation. With built-in comms, targeting, and automation, employee engagement is covered.

A major way we achieve this is by teaming up with other technology companies and service providers. Because choosing a partner is a decision you have to be able to justify, to your board, your auditors and your people.

Here are some key reasons to team up with the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR solutions.
Partnering with Zellis means you can serve larger and more complex customers. You can spend more time playing to your strengths, safe in the knowledge that we will deliver on our end.
ZellisONE uses connectors to integrate seamlessly with partner apps, while the Zellis Intelligence Platform uses a common data model to unify information across solutions from both Zellis and our partners.
We’re proud to have many private and public sector customers across key verticals and sectors. Our solutions can open doors to brand-new customers – and together we can unlock the potential in untapped markets.
By providing customers with a solution that’s integrated as part of a broader product suite, you serve mutual needs, enhance user experience and, ultimately, improve customer retention.
Zellis' Microsoft accreditation gives you independent, externally validated proof that the software you rely on meets Microsoft's bar for technical quality, interoperability with the Microsoft Cloud, and demonstrated customer success. It isn't a marketing badge we awarded ourselves. It is a designation we had to earn, evidence it, and keep earning.

Certified software designations are validated through a formal technical audit run by an independent third party (Persistent for Azure and Industry AI; Microsoft directly for Modern Work, Business Applications and Security). The review covers architecture diagrams, a live solution demo and documented evidence, typically a 17-business-day process. What you get is assurance verified by someone with no commercial stake in the answer.
The designation confirms that our solution meets Microsoft’s technical criteria for interoperability with the Microsoft Cloud. In practice that means our technology is built to sit cleanly alongside the Microsoft estate you already run, fewer integration surprises, less bespoke middleware, and a shorter path from contract to value.
The Azure technical validation is not a paperwork exercise. It requires an Azure Well-Architected Framework assessment, a current Azure Advisor score, and a current security posture score from Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Reliability, performance, cost efficiency and security are all examined, the same pillars your own IT and risk teams will ask us about.
A designation cannot be attained on technology alone. Microsoft requires demonstrated customer success, either an average Microsoft Marketplace rating of at least 4.5 across 15 or more reviews, or two pieces of referenceable customer evidence such as documented case studies. The accreditation therefore reflects outcomes other organisations have actually achieved, not features on a datasheet.
Designations also require proven commercial performance over a trailing twelve-month period, measured against thresholds such as Marketplace billed sales, transaction volume, net-new customers or monthly active users. Translated: you are buying from a supplier with demonstrable scale and momentum behind the product, not an unproven bet.
Marketplace readiness and transactability are entry requirements for the designation. That opens up a streamlined buying route through Microsoft Marketplace, with a customer-facing badge shown against the listing so your procurement and IT teams can authenticate our credentials in seconds, rather than taking them on trust.
Certified solutions are prioritised and more easily identified by Microsoft’s own sellers, which means the Microsoft team advising your organisation can see the same validation you can. When your Microsoft account team and your HR technology partner are working from the same verified picture, joint decisions get made faster and with less friction.
The designation lasts 12 months and renews automatically only if we continue to meet the performance criteria. Significant changes to the underlying architecture or solution trigger recertification. It is a recurring commitment, not a one-off certificate on the wall — so the assurance you have today is assurance we are obliged to sustain.
Microsoft’s own research into software buying found that 68 percent of respondents rate certification and badging as a highly important factor when searching for, evaluating or purchasing software, chiefly because it increases confidence in the quality of a vendor’s solution and makes credibility easier to verify. Our accreditation is there to answer that question for you up front.
