CIPD Festival of Work: Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0 showcased to industry

Thousands of HR professionals gathered for the annual industry conference and exhibition, CIPD Festival of Work, where Zellis launched HCM Cloud 6.0.

The two-day event in June welcomed 10,000 attendees to the Olympia London centre to meet organisations and network with peers.

Organisers also put on a programme of talks and activities showcasing the latest trends in employee engagement, flexible working, and wellbeing.

The key themes explored in the 2023 event were Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); Learning and Development (L&D); Employee Experience; Wellbeing; Internal Communications; and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Each one was given a dedicated area and presentation stage.

A range of speakers addressed delegates on the various stages: from industry thought leaders to television presenter Fearne Cotton and comedian Katherine Ryan.

Zellis colleagues from the Commercial and Product teams welcomed delegates to our eco-friendly, zero-waste stand. We offered live presentations, information, and product demonstrations to showcase our services and thought leadership.

Unveiling Zellis HCM Cloud

The exhibition provided a perfect arena to publicly launch the latest version of our flagship solution, Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0.

The new release delivers significant enhancements to elevating employer and employee experience, including:

• New features
• Better data integration
• Enhanced analytics dashboards
• Expanded connector capabilities

Open theatre

Delegates came to the Zellis Open Theatre for a number of scheduled presentations from the Zellis Product team: Information to Insights, Supporting Financial Wellbeing, Better Background Checking, and Powerful Data-Driven Automation.

Product demonstrations

Colleagues from the Zellis Commercial teams gave one-to-one product demonstrations to interested attendees, helping them to see how the payroll and HR system works overall, as well as diving into features of interest.

Interactive challenges

Guests also enjoyed using interactive screens to explore content and test themselves on HR and payroll with a fun quiz.  

A high-energy ‘tap game’ lit a spark of competition as attendees strove to keep up with rapidly appearing on-screen logos. Contenders won a place on the leaderboard and in the prize draw.
