Among this year’s recipients, Nick Clarke has now been recognised by Reward Strategy for the fourth consecutive year, having previously featured in the Reward 300 in 2023 and 2024, and the Partner 50 in 2025.
Nick commented:
I’m honoured to be named in Reward Strategy’s Partner 75 for 2026. At a time when organisations are rethinking how they support, engage and reward their people, it’s an exciting moment to be part of an industry driving meaningful change.
Partner 75 recognition is a reflection of the expertise and commitment of the teams I work with across Zellis, as well as the trust our customers place in us. Together, we’re helping organisations unlock the full potential of their workforce through innovation, insight and better reward outcomes.”
For many of those recognised, the accolade is as much about the teams around them as it is about individual achievement. Reflecting on his inclusion in the Partner 75, John Petter highlighted the role colleagues across the business play in Zellis Group’s success.
John added:
I’m delighted to be recognised in the 2026 Reward Strategy Partner 75. Recognition like this is never about one individual; it reflects the incredible work of the entire Zellis team and the trust our customers place in us every day.
As organisations rethink how they support and empower their people, we’re focused on delivering technology and insight that helps reinvent how work gets done for HR teams, managers and employees alike. It’s an exciting time for our industry and I’m proud of the role Zellis is playing in shaping what’s next.”
The achievements recognised this year extend beyond Zellis, with Anthony Vollmer and Rebecca Russell from Zellis Group company Moorepay also featured in Reward Strategy’s 2026 Partner 75. Together, these accolades highlight the depth of talent that exists across the Zellis Group and the role it continues to play in shaping the future of payroll, reward and people technology.
