Bristol, UK: 24th June 2025:Zellis, a leading provider of AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll and benefits, today announced several product updates as part of the company’s HCM 9.3 release. Notably there have been significant developments for public sector returns and the Civil Service Pension Scheme (MyCSP) to help organisations meet the latest requirements laid out by government departments in addition to enhanced automation to drive value.  

Public Sector 

The following public sector returns have been updated to the latest requirements: 

  • HESA (Higher Educational Statistical Analysis) - module updated to cater for the 2024/25 (C24025) return requirements and improve usability for customers. 
  • ASC-WDS (Adult Social Care – Workforce Data Set) – new fields added to the return and return codes updated in accordance with the latest published requirements. 
  • SWC (School Workforce Census) – Validation rules have been updated in line with UK Government requirements. 
  • SWAC (School Workforce Annual Census) – Validation rules have been updated in line with UK Government requirements. 

Civil Service Pension Scheme (MyCSP)  

Enhancements have been made to the Civil Service Pension Scheme (MyCSP), including improved data accuracy and reduced manual input leading to significant time savings with 

  • Automation of the pro-rated assumed pay scenarios and reporting such data on the interface files. 
  • Enhancement to the Pension Input Period (PIP) file to include opted-out members and unpaid staff.

Parental Leave 

Further enhancements to functionality have been delivered to allow employers to comply with new Neonatal Care Leave and Pay legislation that came into force April 2025.
