Travelodge is one of the UK’s largest hotel brands, operating 600 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain. With 13,000 employees working across these sites, Travelodge were looking for an HR and workforce management system that could handle all their people processes in one central hub.

A key priority for Travelodge was improving scheduling flexibility through allowing employees to easily swap shifts, book holidays, pick up uncovered shifts and manage absences. They also wanted to reduce time-consuming admin for HR managers, freeing them up to focus on more strategic, high-value work.

After careful research and evaluation, Travelodge selected Zellis as their all-in-one HR and workforce management software provider.
