BRISTOL, UK – 3 February, 2026: Zellis Group, the leading provider of HR, workforce management, pay and benefits software and services to the UK and Ireland, and for benefits globally, has retained its EcoVadis Silver accreditation for the third consecutive year, achieving a score of 78 out of 100 in its 2026 assessment.

The result places Zellis Group in the top 15 per cent of companies globally assessed by EcoVadis, one of the most rigorous and widely recognised sustainability ratings. The 2026 score represents a four-point increase on the previous year, reflecting continued improvement against EcoVadis’ progressively stringent criteria. Retaining Silver year-on-year demonstrates consistent advancement across environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria, and the company’s continued focus on responsible and transparent business practices.

EcoVadis ratings are increasingly influential in customer and procurement decision-making, particularly among large and regulated organisations, such as Lloyds Banking Group, that expect suppliers to meet clearly defined sustainability standards. Zellis Group holds multiple sustainability and impact-related accreditations, supporting customer confidence and commercial engagement across both the public and private sectors.

A spokesperson from Lloyds Banking Group added: “At Lloyds Banking Group we’re committed to working with our supply chain to drive progress towards net zero. We welcome the great progress that Zellis is making and are delighted that they have achieved our Emerald Standard for the year 2025. By disclosing to CDP & EcoVadis Zellis is demonstrating their commitment to transparency and willingness to understand their areas of improvement. Acting on and working towards their targets is supporting us on our journey to reduce our supply chain emissions by 50% by 2030.”

The EcoVadis Silver rating reflects ongoing delivery against Zellis’ long-term sustainability ambitions, as set out in Zellis Group’s latest Impact Report, launched in April 2025. The group-wide report provides a transparent view of progress and commitments that underpin its continued EcoVadis Silver accreditation, alongside the company’s priorities and areas of focus for the years ahead.

The report outlines Zellis Group’s approach to creating long-term economic, social and environmental value, structured around four core pillars: wellbeing for all, diversity of thought and experiences, strong communities, and protecting the environment. Each pillar is supported by a five-year ambition running to the end of 2027, with clear interim targets to track progress and ensure accountability.

The report highlights verified progress across key environmental and social priorities, including third-party validation of Zellis Group’s emissions reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), the achievement of its goal to support 100 apprenticeships by the end of 2025, and accreditation as a Disability Confident Committed Employer – demonstrating clear progress year on year and recognition of how inclusive and responsible practices are embedded across the business.

Since publication, Zellis Group has also reached its milestone of planting one million trees through its partnership with Furthr, and has since increased its ambition to two million trees by 2030, while employee engagement continues to support delivery through initiatives such as Community Days, which give colleagues two paid days a year to volunteer, with a target of 20 per cent participating in the first year.

As sustainability credentials continue to grow in importance for customers, alongside increased scrutiny of the environmental and ethical impact of AI, Zellis Group is also strengthening its commitment to responsible innovation, including as a signatory to the Microsoft Partner Pledge.

Together, the EcoVadis Silver accreditation and the Impact Report provide complementary evidence of Zellis Group’s sustainability progress, backed by external assessment against globally recognised standards.
