- Achieving a perfect Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 across 113 projects delivered on time and within budget.
The team also drove strategic transformation for a large distribution customer, identifying 160 system and process improvements that secured board approval for a £5 million payroll overhaul, and enhanced Zellis’ SaaS-to-Managed Service offering, generating £4.6 million in additional contract value.
