This release delivers full support for Irish employers ahead of the My Future Fund auto-enrolment pension scheme, launching on 1 January 2026.

Urgency for senior leaders

Zellis research reveals that 79% of Irish organisations are either completely unprepared or only partly prepared for the new scheme, highlighting the critical need for proven, compliant payroll solutions such as Zellis’ HR and Pay portfolio.

Auto-enrolment will automatically enrol employees aged 23–60 earning at least €20,000 annually who are not already contributing to a pension. Contributions will come from both employers and the state, improving long-term financial wellbeing for Ireland’s workforce.

The update also includes self-service features such as MyView, the financial wellbeing app, enabling employees to access pension details and manage auto-enrolment effectively.
