We’re thrilled to announce that The Explorer Group, the parent company of Burton & Speke Ltd and HM Stanley Ltd (licensees of Starbucks and Marks & Spencer respectively) has selected Zellis as its HR and Workforce Management solution.
With over 300 employees across 16 sites, The Explorer Group wanted a way to ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time. With Zellis’ industry-leading Workforce Management, they can now transform their operations using unique tools such as Shape of Day to efficiently and automatically match labour to demand.
Employees are even empowered not only to swap shifts, book absences and more, all from their mobile device, but can even validate their hours on a daily basis, ensuring clean and accurate data before the pay run.
However, it was also crucial to The Explorer Group that each of their brands has its own look and feel. Zellis proved ideal for this purpose, as every brand is given its own unique platform with custom rules, while all data is fed into one centralised system.
Having been recommended by Starbucks franchisees OCO Westend and 23.5 Degrees, The Explorer Group will benefit from multi-tenant architecture, not only lowering the cost of ownership, but also making implementation smoother than ever.
