One of the standout features of Zellis’ Workforce Management is its ability to offer advanced labour demand forecasting for each of Roadchef’s brands. By analysing factors such as historical data and nearby events, the platform fine-tunes employee allocation, breaking down labour requirements into 15-minute intervals per site. This strategic approach prevents over- and under-staffing, optimising costs for Roadchef.
