After 7 months of careful planning and implementation, we’re thrilled to announce that BT Pension Scheme Management (BTPSM) has gone live with Zellis’ HR. With over 200 employees and operating in a highly regulated industry, BTPSM were looking for a new consolidated HR system which could provide them with intuitive self-service capabilities.
“We needed a solution that would regulate and automate our HR processes, and Zellis was the perfect fit,” said Tom Noble, HR Operations Manager at BTPSM.
Tom noted that “a big driver for us was the ability to have central reporting functionality. We have a large number of business critical reports which are all currently produced manually. With Zellis, we can now generate these reports with the click of a button.”
To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, Zellis’ team of experts worked closely with BTPSM from start to finish, providing training and support every step of the way. “It was great to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team on hand,” said Tom, “they really helped to make sure we were comfortable using the system.”
Since going live, the feedback from BTPSM employees has been positive. “They love the fact that they can access all of their HR information in one place,” said Tom. “The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was really important to us.”
