These nominations recognise teams that demonstrate phenomenal dedication to customers at all stages of their work with Zellis. This is further illustrated through the achievement of a 100-point brand NPS improvement since the programme began, and incredibly high engagement rates in NPS of 40-47% of all customers for 12 months.
