Zellis welcomes Cognita as new customer for its best-in-class payroll solution, Zellis HCM Cloud

Zellis, the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR solutions, is pleased to announce Cognita  UK as a new customer for Zellis HCM Cloud, which will help to transform the organisation’s payroll operations in the UK.

Cognita is a global schools group, which has 40 schools and approximately 3,500 employees based in the UK.

Cognita’s UK team sought a modern, cloud based payroll solution that would enable effective payroll management and reporting across each of its schools and central teams, while improving cost control.  In particular, Cognita required a solution that could support its specific needs, which includes running payroll calculations and administering pension schemes for a mix of teaching and non-teaching roles.

Zellis HCM Cloud Payroll edition will enable Cognita to automate key aspects of its payroll operations to increase efficiencies within the existing processes, while also futureproofing the organisation against any potential challenges associated with new sector-specific regulatory requirements.

Crucially, Zellis’ payroll solution will also seamlessly integrate with Cognita’s existing HR software, providing a single source of data between these departments, as well as aligning closely with its cloud-first IT strategy and existing investment in Microsoft solutions such as Azure and Power BI. This will empower the payroll, finance, and HR teams to easily access important data for reporting and analytics, and improve the digital experience for employees.
