Zellis unveils next generation Human Capital Management cloud solution

Zellis, the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR software and services, today launches its flagship Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, Zellis HCM Cloud. The new solution combines the latest innovations in cloud, automation and AI to deliver engaging employee experiences, empower business with transformative data analytics and unlock incredible levels of efficiency for payroll and HR processes. 

The launch represents Zellis’ response to the needs of a rapidly growing market in the UK and Ireland. Gartner has estimated that by 2025, 60% of global midmarket and large enterprises will be using a cloud-based HCM suite to meet complex business and workforce requirements, with a particular focus on “improved integrations into third-party applications and the ability to deliver greater resilience”.

The launch is accompanied by the opening of Zellis Marketplace, a digital storefront which lets customers easily access additional Zellis solutions and connectors to third-party applications, enabling them to build a customised HCM ecosystem.

Zellis HCM Cloud can also be deployed as part of a managed payroll and HR service, an option for businesses looking for an extended team of experts to further improve cost control, operational efficiency, and business resilience.

At Zellis’ customer live launch, HCM Cloud was introduced to an audience of hundreds of customers, prospects and partners, emphasising three values it brings to users: Engaged. Empowered. Efficient.

Engaging, ‘in the flow of work’ experiences

Zellis HCM Cloud delivers consumer-grade employee experiences by combining intuitive, mobile-ready self-service with deep integration into the most common business and enterprise applications.

The new solution introduces opportunities for new, productivity-enhancing, ‘in the flow of work’ moments: employees can review and approve annual leave requests directly through their Outlook inboxes, move fluidly between applications with single sign-on, easily recognise the work of their colleagues, with many more functions available and to come.

Zellis HCM Cloud is underpinned by the Zellis Intelligence Platform, which connects data from across all Zellis and third-party applications to provide a single source of truth for its workforce.

Sophisticated, yet accessible analytics tools, including the HR Director Dashboard and embedded Power BI insights, empower HR teams to unearth workforce trends, pinpoint the specific drivers behind them, and make evidence-based decisions.
