The nominations recognise excellence across technology, payroll, employee experience and professional services, reflecting the breadth of Zellis’ expertise and its commitment to helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex world of work.

Zellis has been shortlisted for Payroll & HR Technology Provider of the Year, recognising its continued innovation in delivering AI-enabled HR, workforce management and payroll technology that helps organisations to deliver real value.

Two of the company’s specialist services teams have also been recognised. Zellis Managed Services is a finalist for the Team Excellence Award – Service Provider, while Zellis Management Consulting has been shortlisted for the Service Provider Excellence Award – Payroll UKI, highlighting their work in supporting customers through transformation, compliance challenges and operational change.

The company has also been shortlisted in the Excellence in Transformation Award, recognising the impact of a major workforce transformation programme for McDonald’s.

Zellis has been named a finalist in the Financial Wellbeing Strategy Award category, reflecting its commitment to helping employees build greater financial confidence and resilience, which in turn drives better business performance.

In addition, Cybill Watkins, Payroll Legislation Manager, has been shortlisted for Payroll Professional of the Year, recognising her outstanding contribution to payroll legislation, compliance and customer guidance across the UK and Ireland.
