Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0 – Making life easier for businesses
The latest version of Zellis HCM Cloud delivers significant enhancements to employees and managers alike. In addition to several new APIs and connectors, Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0 has an upgraded Leave Management module, making it easier to book, approve, and report on leave. The new Team View Calendar makes it easier for managers to understand team leave entitlement and better plan teamwork schedules.
Better data integration
Also, the update delivers upgrades to its Time & Attendance module. These changes include tighter data integration with the Zellis Intelligence Platform. This allows for better analysis using power BI capabilities, an enhanced re-joiner process, and the ability to export timesheet data to other partners.
Enhanced analytics dashboard
Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0 also comes with new look HRD (Human Resources Director) and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) dashboards. These enhancements provide customers with key workforce information in a clear and easy-to-access format, to support timely decision-making.
Through interactive and intuitive data visualisations, these dashboards enable customers to identify workforce patterns and changes to achieve business objectives.
And the updated and improved HRD Dashboard now boasts a new left-hand panel navigation pane for easier content viewing. This focuses on key insights across headcount, attrition, sickness, and compensation.
Connector strategy expansion
Zellis continues to build its connector strategy, providing pre-configured and tested integration with a selection of third-party business applications. HCM 6.0 also introduces a powerful upgraded connector with the Microsoft Power Platform. This enables developers to easily create data-driven process automation to realise operational efficiency improvements.
Leveraging the power of the Zellis Intelligence Platform, it’s possible to initiate workflows with multiple options for onward integration. For example, new starter information can be automatically passed and/or integrated to IT systems such as active directory, reception/security systems, or facilities management tools to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0 further enhances the connectivity of HCM Cloud’s open technology platform with the capability to configure a dashboard widget, which can display content from a third party. This integration provides employees with a single location to view their core HR and payroll information and now associated details from appropriate partners.
