Zellis, the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR solutions, has announced a connector with Cornerstone TalentLink to ease the journey from recruitment to onboarding.
The new connector allows real-time ingestion of successful candidate information from Cornerstone TalentLink into the Zellis HCM Cloud, ensuring new employees do not need to re-enter personal information following a successful job application. It leverages the functionality of standard TalentLink and Zellis intelligence platform APIs, seamlessly linking recruitment and onboarding for a better candidate experience.
Joint customers should also enjoy greater efficiency thanks to data flowing much more freely between the two solutions. Other advantages include intelligent monitoring to highlight data quality and validation issues, automated creation of support tickets, and the flexibility to capture additional pay-related information within TalentLink.
