Zellis and Falkirk Council have a 20-year relationship and recently upgraded to the Zellis HCM Cloud solution. A key driver behind the migration was no longer wanting to manage an on-premise system, as well as enhanced security and saving time and resources on server maintenance.

Hundreds of HR and Payroll practitioners recently came together at the Zellis User Summit. At the annual conference, Lisa Martin, Senior HR Systems and Payroll Officer at Falkirk Council, shared her insights into how Zellis HCM Cloud has made a substantial difference to their operations.

Another benefit of the migration was the substantial improvement to employee experience, thanks to the user-friendly MyView app. The app was a significant factor in the decision to move to HCM Cloud, as it provides the diverse workforce with instant access to holiday bookings, pay slips, and more.

“The app and mobile phones have been the most effective tools for achieving this, and we now have over 3,500 people logging in via the app each month. The fingerprint and facial recognition features have replaced the need for traditional passwords making it easier and safer for our staff to access the system.
