Pride Month 2024 saw Zellis Group tune in for a special talk hosted by colleagues who shared their knowledge and experiences.
Each year, Zellis hosts a keynote ZED talk to mark LGBT Pride Month. In 2023, we were honoured to be joined by Not a Phase and Zoah founder, Danielle Anson-Jones, who spoke about the realities of transgender rights in the UK, and the importance of acceptance.
This year, three colleagues from across the Zellis Group joined forces to deliver an insightful, educational, and thought-provoking keynote talk.

- Key terms, pronouns and letters. A look at the words and descriptions used within the LGBTQIA+ community to describe different sexualities and gender identities.

- Why representation matters. An exploration of how LGBT+ acceptance and representation benefits society, workplaces, and individuals.

Speakers also provided suggestions of things to read, watch, and visit online, offering resources for education, as well as entertainment.
