Zellis, the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Male to the Commercial Leadership team. Male, an experienced Value Solutions Consulting Director and Value Advisor, will spearhead Zellis’ new Business Value Advisory function to advise both existing and prospective customers on how to further enhance the value they receive from their Zellis software and managed services solutions.
Male brings nearly three decades of sales, value solutions consulting and value advisory experience and has, for the past eight years, been focused on the SaaS market for HCM, Payroll and Finance/ERP across the Enterprise and Medium Enterprise segments. Male’s previous roles include being the Director of Presales at Workday, where he helped to build the company’s European Value Solutions Consulting function. He has also held a number of other regional and global leadership value management positions throughout his career, including at PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP.
“As more and more organisations look to digitalisation to help overcome the modern challenges of HR and payroll functions, we wanted an experienced value management professional to help our customers get the most out of their investments with Zellis,” said Tom Canning, CCO of Zellis. “Kevin’s impressive list of achievements in the HCM, payroll and financial sectors make him the ideal person to spearhead our new Business Value Advisory service. I look forward to working with him closely to optimise our customers’ payroll and HR operations.”
Male’s appointment to the Commercial leadership team and the establishment of the company’s new Business Value Advisory function follows the successful launch of the Zellis HCM Cloud solution in March. Male will work with prospects and customers to help them uncover the strategic and economic value of Zellis’ software and managed services solutions, advising them how to utilise a combination of technology and services to enhance their business operations and improve overall business performance.
“I couldn’t be more pleased to have joined an organisation with such a rich heritage and widespread customer base,” said Male. “This new division of Zellis is not only an incredibly important one for the business, but also the wider industry, as it isn’t something the majority of our competitors currently offer. It’s my goal to help our customers not only unlock incremental value from their existing solutions, but also to better understand the value delivered by Zellis throughout the entire customer value lifecycle.”
