Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0, the latest release of our cloud payroll and enterprise HR software, further enhances the employer and employee experience for our customers.

The new release enables organisations to use public cloud infrastructure to transform their HR operations. It facilitates smoother process workflows, enhances data analytics capabilities, and boosts integration with third party applications.

Here are five new improvements in Zellis HCM Cloud 6.0

1. Upgraded Leave Management module

What does it do?

Our Leave Management module enables employees and managers to request holidays or sickness absence from work in advance and at short notice. Any changes to leave entitlement are automatically recalculated and automatic adjustments are made to pay.

New benefits

This update makes it quicker and easier for employees to book leave and have it approved. It also makes it simpler for managers to approve such leave and report on activity at individual and team levels.

2. New Team View Calendar

What does it do?

Line managers can use the calendar to view absence information relating to each member of their team. They can also select which details they would like to display by ticking absence type boxes.

New benefits

Managers can see the leave entitlement of each member of their team at a single glance. This makes it easier to understand the leave entitlement of their teams and plan teamwork schedules more effectively.

3. Upgraded Time & Attendance module

What does it do?

This enterprise HR software enables employees to record their own working hours. For managers, it’s easier to build and manage rosters, rotas and schedules.

New benefits

Tighter integration between our Time & Attendance module and Intelligence Platform enables managers to view, analyse, and understand all time and attendance-related activities more effectively. Timesheet data can now also be exported to third party applications more easily. The re-joiner process has likewise been enhanced.

4. New-look HR Director Dashboard

What does it do?

This self-service analytics tool presents HR leaders with the facts they need to make decisions. It undertakes trend analysis using historical data.

New benefits

The dashboard now has a left-hand navigation pane to make it easier for HR leaders to view key content, such as headcount, attrition, sickness and compensation, so they can better understand workforce trends.

5. Enhanced connectors

What do they do?

Connectors enable pre-configured, tested, plug-and-play integration to take place between our systems and a range of third-party applications.

New benefits

A new connector to the Microsoft Power Platform enables developers to automate data-driven processes simply and easily, so organisations can boost operational efficiency.

Dashboard widgets, which display third-party content, also enable employees to view relevant data from partners alongside their core HR and payroll information.
