This year’s long-awaited Zellis Connect customer conference, which is due to take place on 2-3 November, is all about ‘Sustainable Connections’.

After what has been a challenging 18 months for everyone, this Virtual Conference offers an opportunity for both ourselves and our customers to come together and reconnect with each other in a safe, yet stimulating environment.

Not only will we showcase the exciting product and services roadmap we have been working so hard on, but we will also be focusing on networking, knowledge-sharing and celebrating success.

Here are four highlights that you really shouldn’t miss:

1. The unveiling of our new ESG strategy

Zellis Connect 2021: Sustainable Connections will kick off with our CEO John Petter sharing the company’s strategic priorities going forward. A key part of these goals consist of a new focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and how they will influence both our culture and the solutions we offer our customers into the future.

John will also take a look at our latest ESG report, which has been produced in collaboration with The Economist and focuses particularly on diversity, equity and inclusion matters at work. It likewise provides insights into how employers can best collect data about employees with protected characteristics.

We also have a special keynote speaker to explain the importance of DE&I in a workplace context as well as lots of other ESG-focused sessions that will be held throughout the conference.

2. The debate over business resilience

Our second keynote speech at Zellis Connect 2021: Sustainable Connections will explore the theme of how to build business resilience in a post-lockdown world. To this end, the presentation will examine the findings of our latest survey based on the opinions of C-suite-level decision-makers, their responses to the pandemic and their attitudes towards risk and resilience.

An exclusive customer-led panel will also debate how employers have changed and how the pressures they face and the requirements they need to meet have all evolved since the pandemic began.

3. The disclosure of our technology roadmap

After the highly successful launch of Zellis HCM Cloud earlier this year, we are excited to share the very latest features and functions due to arrive as part of version 3.0. Attendees will receive an exclusive look at our detailed future roadmap, which includes enhancements to payroll and HR functionality, data analytics and reporting capabilities as well as our rapidly growing ecosystem of technology partners and their products.

4. The breakout sessions: Engaged, Empowered, Efficient

This year’s breakout sessions are divided into three categories, which when taken in the round make up the theme of ‘Sustainable Connections’. The ‘Engaged’ sessions will focus on ways to help you create exceptional, engaging employee experiences, ranging from how best to support employee wellbeing and DE&I to enabling more effective workforce management.

The ‘Empowered’ track will explore different approaches to empowering individuals and teams via cultural change and the use of technology and data. The ‘Efficient’ sessions, meanwhile, will provide ideas on how to enhance the efficiency of your payroll processes in order to both support business priorities and enable a better employee experience.
